You will manage the full recruitment and placement cycle, develop staff development and performance management programs, and advise on staff welfare, classification, and data analysis for informed decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in HR management or related field.
• At least five years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with full recruitment cycle and data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert HR advice to managers and staff on policy interpretation and application.
• Manage the full recruitment and placement cycle, identify vacancies, screen applications, shortlisting, interviews, and presenting cases to appointment bodies.
• Design, plan, and implement staff development and career support programs, including induction, mobility advice, and performance management support.
• Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
