Job summary

Hilo by Aktiia is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social to own the paid social strategy across key markets. You will translate customer insights into compelling concepts, run rigorous tests and collaborate with creative and product teams to bring ideas to market.

Reporting to Head of Performance Marketing, you will tie activities to measurable outcomes, optimize conversions, and ensure health messaging is accurate and approved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid social experience in an international setting.
• Proven ability to turn insights into high-performing ads.
• Strong data-driven testing, measurement and decision-making.
• Experience driving conversions and ROI on campaigns.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other platforms.
• Ability to adapt messaging across markets while keeping brand consistent.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy, planning and execution across multiple markets.
• Develop creative hypotheses based on customer research and performance data.
• Brief, test and refine ad concepts, messages and landing pages with creative/product teams.
• Manage budgets, audiences and optimisation across Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and conversion rate.
• Measure performance against acquisition cost, revenue and ROI; drive decisions.
• Work with clinical, regulatory and legal colleagues to ensure health messaging is accurate.
