Job summary

Hilo by Aktiia is a remote-first med-tech scale-up building a healthier world with cuffless blood pressure monitoring. We seek a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social to own global paid social strategy across key markets and drive growth with rigorous testing and creative collaboration.

You’ll partner with creative, product, regulatory and external partners to ensure compliant, high-impact campaigns with strong ROI across Meta, TikTok and other platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid social experience in an international setting.
• Strong creative strategy skills and a track record of turning insights into ads that perform.
• A data-driven approach to testing, measurement, and decision-making.
• Experience improving conversion rates and managing campaigns against ROI goals.
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and experience with other relevant social platforms.
• Ability to adapt messaging and execution across markets while keeping the brand consistent.
• Clear communication and sound judgment when working with sensitive health topics.
• Nice to have: experience in health tech, medical devices, wearables, or subscription products.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy, planning and execution across the US, UK, Germany and other growth markets.
• Develop creative hypotheses based on customer research, market differences and performance data.
• Brief, test and refine ad concepts, messages, formats and landing pages in partnership with creative and product teams.
• Manage campaign budgets, audiences and optimisation across Meta, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and conversion rate, from ad click through to purchase.
• Measure performance against acquisition cost, revenue and return on investment and turn findings into clear decisions and next steps.
• Work with clinical, regulatory and legal colleagues to ensure advertising claims and health messaging are accurate and approved.
• Steer agencies and freelancers, set clear priorities and ensure high-quality execution and continuous performance improvement.
