Zusammenfassung

Exp Federal is seeking a Construction Manager for an onsite role in Bern, Switzerland, for a 20-month assignment supporting a U.S. Department of State project.

The candidate will review drawings, implement QC and safety plans, and manage weekly updates with the Project Manager to ensure schedule and safety compliance. The ideal applicant has a construction management degree, 7+ years in commercial construction, and must be able to obtain Interim TS or Final TS clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Construction Management degree from an accredited university.
• 7+ years experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Must be able to obtain an Interim TS or Final TS security clearance before deployment.
• Candidates with ME, EE, Architecture or FCE degrees will increase the caliber of the submission.

Aufgaben

• Review and implement drawings and specifications.
• Develop and implement QC plans, safety plans, and schedules.
• Lead preparatory, initial, and final meetings to set QC standards before work.
• Lead weekly safety briefings and ensure compliance with safety plan AHAs.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
