SBM Offshore in Switzerland invites applications for a Program Site Manager who will lead cross-project site governance, ensure HSSE and quality performance, and optimize shared resources. You will develop unified strategies across projects, coordinate budgets and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement while reporting to the Governance Committee.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and brings 10+ years of construction management

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Leadership abilities and proven track record delivering projects.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement a unified central organization strategy across the projects in alignment with the Projects and the Company Governance Committee.
• Ensure knowledge gathering and transfer within the Program Site organization and Projects on site.
• Be responsible for all cross-projects site administration coordination and processes.
• Collaborate across project functions to address and optimize design changes and interface issues to improve construction efficiency.
• Monitor the program budget and implement cost control measures to optimize resources and mitigate financial risks.
• Proactively identify hazards and support measures to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Establish and monitor cross-project performance metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders, following Governance Committee actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams for effective communication.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle.
