Scientific Research Corporation in Bern, Switzerland seeks a Construction Manager to support the OBO Construction Management program on a 20-month project with potential follow-on work. The candidate will coordinate with the Project Director, ensure safety plans, and manage scope, schedule, and cost across overseas contracts.

The role involves reviewing submittals, maintaining daily project logs, preparing monthly progress reports, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and QA

Qualifikationen

• Engineering, architecture, or construction management degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum seven years' experience on construction projects of similar scope and value.
• Knowledge of International Codes.
• PE license acceptable in lieu of degree; overseas experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with the PD and CM staff to meet scope, schedule, and cost goals.
• Implement and monitor safety plans in contracts; work with POSHO and Safety Officer.
• Review contractor submittals for completeness and quality; track responses.
• Prepare CM monthly progress reports and maintain daily project logs.
• Ensure proper licenses and permits are obtained; track as-built documentation.
• Provide QA for ongoing construction projects and supervise field tests.
