Lonza in Visp, Switzerland is seeking an OE Manager to lead the site's Operational Excellence agenda. You will partner with leaders to identify, prioritize and deliver improvements, drive cross-functional projects, and support the deployment of OE systems across the INB network.

The role focuses on building capabilities, sharing best practices, and delivering measurable business results through Lean Six Sigma methodologies within a complex, global life sciences environment.

• Drive Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives across INB to improve performance, quality and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional projects from identification to implementation with sustainable results.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality and supporting functions to implement opportunities.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and OE methodologies to address business challenges and improve performance.
• Facilitate collaboration across functions and levels to ensure alignment and execution.
• Use data and metrics to identify opportunities, monitor progress and support decisions.
• Develop and implement OE standards, tools and best practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
