• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, standard work, or visual management.

• Identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives to simplify and standardize processes.
• Coach site teams in Lean/Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve value.
• Establish and govern standard work across site processes; share best practices.
• Define and track KPIs and develop automated BI reports for leadership.
