Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering, science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in chemical GMP manufacturing/operations and continuous improvement.
• Strong Lean and Six Sigma expertise; Black Belt a plus.

Aufgaben

• Define and deploy the site OPEX strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Lead cross-functional translation of objectives into improvement roadmaps.
• Manage full lifecycle of OPEX projects from idea to sustainability.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance reviews for safety, quality, and cost.
• Coach employees and leaders in Lean, Six Sigma, and problem solving.
• Foster continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
