Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of logistics engineering or warehouse operations experience.
• Experience managing multi-site 3PL partnerships globally or across major regions.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification preferred (Green/Black Belt).
• Omni-channel distribution understanding across Retail, eCommerce and B2B.

Aufgaben

• Define SOPs across all 3PL distribution centers and align with audit framework.
• Own global operational audit cadence and reporting; drive continuous improvement.
• Implement standardized inventory control procedures (cycle counting, reconciliation).
• Design and enforce a standardized 3PL performance framework and scorecards.
• Support RFPs and network tender processes for operational readiness.
• Lead omni-channel fulfillment alignment between logistics and sales stakeholders.
• Drive CI initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma) and build business cases for optimization.
