Michael Page is partnering with a prestigious pharmaceutical company in Luzern for a 12-month onsite contract to lead Operational Excellence. You will drive Lean Six Sigma projects, implement 5S, standard work, and visual management across manufacturing and support functions.

Fluent English is required; German is a strong asset. Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Spotfire are essential for guiding decisions and improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Data Analytics or related field.
• Proven experience in Operational Excellence, continuous improvement, or data analytics.
• Lean Six Sigma certification and/or PM/Change Management qualifications are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead and drive Operational Excellence initiatives across the site to improve efficiency and reduce complexity.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute Lean Six Sigma projects focusing on waste reduction and right-first-time execution.
• Establish standard work, visual management, and 5S across operations.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving and support a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support development and execution of site strategic initiatives and capacity planning.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare analyses for senior stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and BI reports to improve operational transparency.
