Q1 Technologies, Inc. is seeking an onsite IT Support specialist in Geneva to deliver desktop and Microsoft 365 support, handle VIP user requests, and perform IMACD activities. You will manage devices, support Active Directory/Azure AD, log incidents in ServiceNow, and ensure security/compliance while maintaining accurate asset records.

This role requires strong customer service, face-to-face support, and the ability to coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements.

Qualifikationen

• Onsite IT support experience serving end users.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience handling VIP/executive user requests with priority.
• Familiarity with asset lifecycle, device management, and tickets in ITSM tools.

Aufgaben

• Provide face-to-face IT support to end users at customer premises.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
• Support laptops, desktops, thin clients, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Support VIP users with priority handling and white-glove service.
• Perform IMACD activities and coordinate workstation setups for new hires.
• Manage end-user device inventory and asset lifecycle; update CMDB.
• Create, modify, and disable user accounts; support AD/ Azure AD and MFA.
• Log and resolve incidents in ServiceNow; meet SLA commitments.
• Follow security policies; ensure data privacy and compliance.
• Create and update SOPs; contribute to knowledge articles.
