AVASO Technology Solutions seeks an experienced IT professional for onsite support at client sites. This independent contractor role covers end-user devices, network and server support, and asset management.

You will work with a global Team to ensure smooth IT operations and deliver service excellence. You will be responsible for asset onboarding/offboarding, VIP support, and coordinating with external vendors while maintaining SOPs for the global team.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years’ experience in IT support in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency with Windows 7/10 and remote access.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and MS Office 365/SharePoint.

Aufgaben

• Be the point of contact for IT for the site and provide onsite technical support.
• Handle end-user desktop, laptops, and office IT with network/server hand support.
• Onboard/offboard IT assets, coordinate with vendors, maintain SOPs and Runbooks.
• Provide VIP support and coordinate remote hand support for network and server tasks.
• Manage tickets in ServiceNow and troubleshoot VPN, Office apps, and SharePoint.
