Qualifikationen

• Graduate/Diploma in IT with 3–6 years of desktop or field support experience.
• ITIL Foundation is preferred.
• Fluent in English, French and Spanish (spoken and written).
• On-site support experience at customer premises is required.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site desktop support and hardware troubleshooting at customer locations.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Manage devices and peripherals, including AV, printers, and scanners.
• Assist with IMACD activities and deployment of new devices.
• Handle user administration in AD/AAD/Entra ID and MFA enrollment.
• Log and resolve incidents in ServiceNow and meet SLA commitments.
• Maintain asset records in CMDB and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
