Brilliant Computers in Switzerland is seeking an IT Desktop and Network Support Dispatch professional to assist on-site and remote users with hardware and software issues.

You will diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals, manage basic LAN/WAN setups, and support Windows and Mac environments, VPN, RDP and remote tools. Strong communication and bilingual English and local language are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in desk-side and PC break/fix support.
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS administration.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, and RDP.

Aufgaben

• Provide desk-side IT support for desktops, printers, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware issues on Windows and Mac OS.
• Assist with LAN/WAN concepts and remote support via Team Viewer and VPN.
• Maintain hardware inventories and document incidents in ticketing tools.
