AVASO Technology Solutions Ltd seeks a Level 2 Field Infrastructure Engineer to deliver advanced onsite and remote support for network, EUC, and server/storage environments in Basel.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, apply approved changes, and assist with migrations while serving as the escalation point for L1 technicians, collaborating with L3 teams and customers to maintain secure, optimized infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT / Infrastructure.
• 4–7 years of infrastructure support with field exposure.
• Strong hands-on networking: switching, routing, VLANs, Wi‑Fi, VPN.
• EUC: Windows/macOS, M365, AD, endpoint security.
• Servers: Windows/Linux, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Storage: SAN/NAS fundamentals, disk & capacity management.
• ITIL: Incident, Problem, Change processes.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot complex LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN issues beyond L1 scope.
• Perform network diagnostics including latency, packet loss, routing, VLANs.
• Execute approved changes on switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
• Support network migrations, cutovers, and site deployments.
• Coordinate with L3 teams for advanced routing, security, or design issues.
• Handle escalated EUC issues related to OS, drivers, and app compatibility.
• Support device lifecycle: refresh, upgrades, bulk deployments.
• Troubleshoot M365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and VPN client issues.
