Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced Office Relocation & Facilities Project Manager to lead the move into its new office in the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. This fixed-term, 6-month assignment combines facility management, workplace planning and project management.

The role requires coordinating with architects, suppliers and internal teams to deliver a fully operational, compliant workspace from day one. Fluent French and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Facility Management or Office Relocation projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder moves on time and within budget.
• Fluent French and English; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the office relocation from planning through final move and handover.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan with milestones, budgets and deadlines.
• Coordinate workstreams to ensure the new office is operational on time.
• Manage external suppliers and internal stakeholders, mitigating risks.
• Interface with architects and workplace-design partners during fit-out.
• Establish facility-management structure and service levels for ongoing operation.
