Zusammenfassung

Radisson Hotel & Suites Zurich is seeking a Night Receptionist to welcome guests, perform check-ins and balance end-of-day tasks at our Glattpark property. The role requires night shifts, weekends and public holidays, and fluency in English and German. A valid Swiss residence and work permit is required.

You will work at 8152 Glattpark (Opfikon) and be part of a friendly team; training and career growth opportunities are offered under the L-GAV agreement.

Qualifikationen

• Preferred knowledge about Radisson and ideally with the Emma PMS system.
• A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland.
• English and German speaking.
• Willing to work night shifts, including weekends & festive days.
• Less than 1 year of work experience.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs.
• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
• Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
• Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
• Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
• Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
• Count bank at the beginning and end of shift.
• Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
• Organizing all end of date tasks to be able to run the night audit.

The Zurich hotel has been rebranded as of May 2023 to Radisson Hotel and SuitesZurich and is managed by Vertiq Hospitality.

The hotel offers 343 appartments and 104 hotel rooms, which is a great mix for long business stays or short city trips to the city of Zurich. The location of the hotel is in between the city centre (15 minutes) and Zurich international airport (10 Minutes). Our guests are able to enjoy the fitness area, Italian restaurant LUIGIA, the inner courtyard, two bars and a rooftop terrace.

The Perfect Candidate has:
