Vertiq Hospitality Partners B.V. is hiring for a Front Office role at the Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich. The Perfect Candidate will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle payments, and assist guests with local information and directions.

The position requires English and German fluency, a valid Swiss residence and work permit, and willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and acknowledge guests per standards; anticipate and address needs.
• Process check-ins: reservations, room assignment, and key activation.
• Process payments: room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
• Handle check-outs and resolve late or disputed charges.
• Answer calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Provide directions and information about property and local areas.
• Run daily reports (arrivals/departures) and note special requests.
• Complete cashiering and closing reports; balance bank at shift end.
• Organize end-of-date tasks to run night audit.

The Zurich hotel has beenrebranded as of May 2023 to Radisson Hotel and SuitesZurich and is managed by Vertiq Hospitality.

The hotel offers 343 appartments and 104 hotel rooms, which is a great mix for long business stays or short city trips to the city of Zurich. The location of the hotel is in between the city centre (15 minutes) and Zurich international airport (10 Minutes).

The Perfect Candidate has:

• Preferred knowledge about Radisson and ideally with the Emma PMS system
• Enthusiasm & a true team player
• Service oriented
• A valid residence and working permit for Switzerlandis required
• English and German speaking
• Willing toworknight shifts, including weekends & festive days

The main Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
• Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
• Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
• Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
• Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Count bank at the beginning and end of shift. Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
• Organizing all end of date tasks to be able to run the night audit.
