Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and competent service and advice to guests regarding the hotel's offerings, other Seiler Hotels, and the destination.
• Provide information to hotel guests and assist with any problems.
• Handle incoming and outgoing luggage, including ski storage in cooperation with the ski manager, and issue corresponding receipts.
• Complete all types of reservations (hotels, restaurants, ski instructors, mountain guides, hairdressers, rental cars, taxi and flight transfers, train and plane seats, etc.).
• Monitor the circulation of internal and external mail, as well as parcel post, and manage mail transfer for arriving or departing guests.
• Coordinate luggage transfers from the train station or taxi stand to the hotel room and back: coordination with chauffeur, coachman, receptionist, welcome parking, and housekeeper.
• Manage effective information management, including promotional material, brochures, and tourism leaflets.
• Serve as the first point of contact in case of any kind of emergency.
• Coordinate and evacuate in case of fire; primarily responsible for organization in case of fire alarms and lift failures.
• Run various errands for guests upon request, trying to fulfill every wish.
• Ensure that instructions and messages are forwarded correctly and promptly.
• Monitor the cleaning and work schedules of the ski lift operators.
• Manage the inventory of all kinds of items and hygiene products (games, cards, table tennis rackets, toothbrushes, shaving kits, adapters and transformers).
• Manage the fireplace in the hall, cloakroom and luggage storage.
• Ensure guest safety and verify key issuance for guests known to them.
