Cornèr Banca SA is seeking a skilled professional to handle and forward client calls and partner inquiries in German, French, Italian and English about cards payments. You will resolve complaints, ensure compliance, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Commercial or tourism background preferred.
• Experience in customer service.
• Good knowledge of Office package/ PC use.
• Good communication skills.
• Languages: Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English.
• Soft skills: courtesy, empathy, customer orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian and English.
• Receive and process client complaints related to cards (credit, prepaid, debit).
• Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and legal regulations.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Identify sales opportunities during interactions.
