Job summary

Millet Mountain Group seeks a store manager for our Zermatt shop who embodies our values by driving sales and business growth while delivering outstanding customer service. You will create a comprehensive brand experience, develop the team’s potential, and oversee all shop operations to meet the highest standards.

The role includes specific product knowledge training and sales techniques, day-to-day support, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of retail experience in sports and lifestyle sectors.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Full-time availability and flexibility.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor shop team to achieve targets.
• Mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Achieve KPIs, targets and sales results.
• Produce daily/weekly sales reports and analyses.
• Oversee stock flow and stockroom operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to reflect Millet DNA.
• Assist customers and provide guidance.
• Foster long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
• Ensure shop standards comply with brand guidelines.
