Job summary

Fusalp is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for Verbier, Switzerland, to lead operations, sales and client experience across the boutique and across Swiss stores as needed. The role is based in Verbier with regular mobility to other Swiss boutiques.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, drive clienteling and boutique KPIs, coach the team, and support the Store Manager with daily activity, stock, visual merchandising and operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in premium or luxury retail with client-facing and commercial responsibilities.
• Previous experience supervising, coaching or supporting a retail team.
• Strong understanding of clienteling, sales targets and retail KPIs.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Drive sales, clienteling and boutique KPIs, turning data into actions.
• Support the Store Manager in organising daily activity and maintaining standards.
• Coach and support the team with regular feedback and product knowledge.
• Take ownership of the boutique when required, including opening/closing and day-to-day decisions.
• Ensure visual merchandising and presentation standards are maintained.
• Handle stock, deliveries, replenishment, inventories and daily boutique operations.
• Provide operational support across other Swiss boutiques when needed.
