Job summary

EPAM Systems in Switzerland is seeking a Cloud Engagement Lead to drive Microsoft cloud transformation engagements in a hybrid Swiss work environment. You will own bookings, revenue growth and the pipeline, while coordinating with Sales, Practices, Microsoft and Delivery to ensure scalable growth.

You will shape and close strategic deals across AI, cloud modernization and data, build executive relationships, and lead co-sell motions with Microsoft teams to accelerate value for priority accounts

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud strategy or digital transformation.
• 5+ years in business development or sales leadership roles tied to aggressive revenue targets.
• Proven track record in closing complex, multi-stakeholder cloud transformation deals.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, application modernization, data and AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft co-sell programs and partner engagement models.
• Ability to lead executive-level discussions and shape strategic programs independently.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline creation for Microsoft cloud transformation engagements.
• Lead opportunities from origination to closure, including deal shaping and commercial structuring.
• Execute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization, data and application innovation.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives, positioning EPAM as a long-term partner.
• Collaborate with Microsoft account and industry teams to execute joint go-to-market and co-sell motions.
• Mentor client partners and teams in Microsoft co-sell best practices and partner-led selling.
