Job summary

EPAM Systems Switzerland is seeking a dynamic Cloud Engagement Lead to drive Microsoft cloud transformation engagements in a hybrid model. You will own bookings, close strategic deals and expand opportunities across priority accounts and industries while coordinating with Sales, Practices, Microsoft and Delivery.

You will lead land-and-expand strategies, mentor teams, and ensure scalable growth through co-sell and partner-led selling in a fast-paced, executive-facing role with significant travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology consulting, cloud strategy or digital transformation.
• 5+ years in business development, sales leadership or alliance management with revenue targets.
• Proven track record closing complex cloud transformation deals.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings, revenue and pipeline for Microsoft cloud transformation engagements.
• Lead opportunities from origination to closure with deal shaping and pricing.
• Collaborate with Microsoft account and industry teams for co-sell motions.
• Build executive relationships and shape strategic programs independently.
