Job summary

Coopers Group in Switzerland seeks a Product Owner for our Martech ecosystem to lead strategic planning and delivery.

You will define the vision, manage the long-term roadmap, and align with Marketing and Sales while translating requirements into technical specs.

In a collaborative, agile environment, you will own the backlog, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensure quality and ROI, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in marketing platforms and product ownership.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Martech.
• Dual-Competency: strategic thinking and meticulous execution in an Agile environment.
• Martech domain knowledge including GDPR/CCPA.
• Agile Mastery: Scrum, backlog grooming, PM software.
• Technical literacy: discuss API capabilities, data schemas, and system architecture with engineers.
• Analytical mindset: use data and customer insights for prioritization.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Roadmapping: Define product vision and long-term roadmap for our Martech ecosystem.
• Tactical Execution: Own backlog, draft and prioritize user stories for each sprint; enable timely increments.
• Agile Facilitation: Lead sprint planning, set goals, and participate in daily stand-ups.
• Functional Specifications: Translate marketing requirements into technical specifications.
• Stakeholder Orchestration: Liaise between Marketing/Sales and development teams.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure increments meet the Definition of Done and roadmap intent.
