Zusammenfassung

ITech Consult AG in Switzerland seeks a Product Manager to own our marketing technology stack end-to-end, from vision to sprint delivery. This hybrid role links Marketing and Tech, aligning the Martech roadmap with business goals and delivering high-velocity software.

You will lead backlog and Scrum ceremonies, translate marketing needs into technical specs, and collaborate with Business Owners and engineers to maximize ROI while upholding data privacy standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in marketing platforms and product ownership.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Martech.
• Dual-Competency: strategic thinking with meticulous execution in Agile.
• Martech domain knowledge including GDPR/CCPA.
• Agile mastery: Scrum, backlog grooming, and PM software.
• Technical literacy to discuss APIs and data schemas with engineers.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven prioritization.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Define long-term vision and market strategy for Martech ecosystem.
• Lead lifecycle from vision to sprint delivery and DoD compliance.
• Own backlog, draft and prioritize user stories for sprints.
• Lead sprint planning and daily stand-ups to unblock the team.
• Translate marketing requirements into technical specifications.
• Serve as liaison between Marketing/Sales and development teams.
