Job summary

Flexsis AG in Rotkreuz is seeking a Product Manager Martech to own the lifecycle of our marketing technology stack, defining the long-term vision, ensuring product-market fit, and aligning with business objectives while driving rapid, high‑quality delivery.

In a hybrid setup with 3 days on-site, you will manage backlogs, guide agile ceremonies, and collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to translate market needs into technical specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of Martech experience and product ownership.
• Strong knowledge of marketing platforms and GDPR/CCPA.
• Proven Agile Scrum mastery and backlog management.
• Ability to discuss APIs, data schemas, and system architecture with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and long-term roadmap for the Martech ecosystem.
• Conduct market analysis and ensure product–market fit.
• Collaborate with the Business Owner to ensure ROI and strategic alignment.
• Own end-to-end backlog and drive sprint planning.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and translate marketing requirements into technical specs.
• Coordinate between Marketing stakeholders and development teams.
• Ensure quality and Definition of Done for product increments.
