Job summary

Flexsis AG supports Roche in Rotkreuz with a Product Manager Martech role, responsible for the full product lifecycle from vision to sprint delivery. You will align Martech initiatives with business goals and ROI, working closely with Marketing and Engineering in a hybrid setup at Rotkreuz.

The position requires 5+ years in Martech, strong Scrum, API and data-exchange knowledge, and excellent English communication. 100% workload with three days on site and limited travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with marketing platforms and product ownership.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Martech.
• Balanced strategic thinking and meticulous execution in Agile environments.
• Strong Martech domain knowledge including data privacy (GDPR/CCPA).
• Expert Scrum experience and backlog management.
• Ability to discuss APIs, data schemas, and system architecture with engineers.
• Fluency in English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and long-term roadmap for the Martech ecosystem.
• Conduct market research on marketing trends, API integrations, and competition.
• Align product outcomes with ROI and business objectives.
• Own end-to-end backlog and prioritize user stories for each sprint.
• Lead sprint planning and daily stand-ups to unblock the team.
• Translate marketing needs into clear technical specs.
• Serve as liaison between Marketing/Sales and engineering.
• Ensure quality and alignment with the Definition of Done.
