Job summary

ITech Consult seeks a Product Manager Martech to lead end-to-end development of marketing technology solutions in Rotkreuz, Switzerland. You will bridge long-term marketing strategy with hands-on Agile sprint execution and coordinate with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure Alignment with ROI and strategic goals.

Fluency in English is required, German is a plus, and you will work on API capabilities, data schemas, and system architecture to deliver high-velocity, high-quality product

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Martech domain knowledge and product ownership experience
• Strong Agile/Scrum proficiency
• Technical literacy to discuss API capabilities, data schemas, and system architecture
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Fluency in English; German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for marketing technology solutions from vision to sprint delivery
• Define and communicate the product vision and long-term roadmap for the Martech ecosystem
• Lead backlog management, sprint planning, and user story refinement to support rapid development
• Collaborate with Marketing/Sales and Engineering to ensure ROI and strategic alignment
• Translate marketing requirements into clear technical specifications and acceptance criteria
