Job summary

Fintech Farm Ltd is seeking a senior professional to lead the Fraud Prevention function for a market. You will own the objectives, roadmap, and outcomes, balancing fraud protection with customer experience while collaborating with the central Fraud team, Product, Operations and Risk.

You will design fraud logic, translate business goals into development requirements, and manage end-to-end implementation, testing, and monitoring. A strong analytics background and fintech experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, or risk analytics.
• Proven ability to own projects from concept to delivery.
• Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with analytical databases.
• Experience with mobile banking or fintech products.
• Ability to translate business goals into engineering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the fraud prevention agenda for a market as a project lead: define objectives, create roadmaps, set priorities and expected outcomes.
• Balance fraud protection with customer experience using data-driven decisions.
• Align initiatives with the central Fraud team, Product, Operations, and Risk functions.
• Create business requirements and tasks for fraud prevention logic, including rules, thresholds, and system actions.
• Translate business goals and insights into actionable development requirements and maintain rules documentation.
• Manage end-to-end implementation from requirements to production release; participate in testing and monitor results.
• Train fraud operations teams on alerts, decision criteria, and escalation.
• Develop playbooks and operational guidelines; collect operator feedback for rule improvements.
• Investigate fraud incidents, analyze patterns, and define mitigation hypotheses.
• Define new fraud mechanisms and drive implementation; monitor loss, false positives, and customer impact.
• Perform deep analytical work: analyze large data volumes, write SQL queries, build dashboards, and report on performance.
