Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical fraud detection experience within a bank, financial institution, or tech provider serving banking customers.
• Strong ability to translate complex fraud concepts into actionable guidance for senior stakeholders.
• Experience building trusted advisor relationships and delivering measurable value with fraud prevention solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with a portfolio of financial institution customers, engaging fraud operations, risk, technology and senior business stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor on fraud detection and prevention, helping customers optimise how they use Vyntra’s solutions.
• Proactively review customer needs, platform adoption and detection effectiveness; identify risks, improvements and opportunities to deliver greater value.
• Discuss fraud typologies, transaction monitoring, detection rules and tuning, alert quality, false positives and investigation workflows with confidence.
• Lead customer reviews, workshops and improvement plans, following through on actions and measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Support and Sales to resolve challenges and turn customer feedback into product improvements.
• Support retention and growth by building strong relationships, demonstrating value and identifying opportunities to extend the use of our solutions.
