Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in a Business Analyst role within finance, banking, payments or transaction analysis.
• Experience with large data volumes (Big Data) and data visualization.
• Solid understanding of approval rate, decline reasons and their business impact.
• Strong statistical analysis methods and payment processing knowledge.
• Familiarity with payment systems and protocols like 3D Secure, EMV and PCI-DSS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze anti-fraud and payment performance metrics, including approval rate and declines.
• Identify root causes of declines during authorization and improve processes.
• Work with large-scale data to detect trends and fraud patterns.
• Build clear, actionable data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, risk and operations to improve payment flows.
• Analyze and optimize authorization, network processing, clearing and confirmation.
