Job summary

Vyntra Global is seeking a Client Solutions Manager – Financial Crime Prevention to own a portfolio of customers. You will advise on fraud prevention, coordinate multi-team delivery and drive improvements in detection and prevention processes across Europe, with hybrid work from Yverdon-Les-Bains and regular travel.

The role requires strong advisory skills, deep financial crime expertise and experience managing customer relationships in banking or fintech environments.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in fraud prevention and financial crime, preferably in banking or fintech.
• Strong understanding of fraud typologies, detection methods and risk controls.
• Experience advising customers and coordinating multi-team delivery projects.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customers, building relationships across fraud, financial crime, risk, compliance, operations and technology.
• Understand customers' fraud risks, operational challenges, detection capabilities, priorities and objectives.
• Advise customers on how to optimise usage of Vyntra's Financial Crime Prevention solutions.
• Develop account plans covering adoption, improvements, new capabilities and longer-term goals.
• Drive delivery of plans, coordinating activities, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Follow up on actions, resolve blockers and manage changes.
• Handle customer escalations, coordinating specialists through to resolution.
• Run customer reviews and sessions, identify risks and propose improvements.
• Help customers mature their fraud detection and prevention processes.
