Job summary

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG in Andermatt seeks a Boutique Manager Luxury Travel & Destinations to lead a premium travel boutique with the “Peak to Sea” concept, combining sales strength, hosting quality and destination knowledge.

You will own the sales pipeline from inquiry to booking, build partnerships with hotels and destination partners, plan client events, manage budget, and support other areas of Andermatt Experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, destination sales or premium guest environments with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in pipeline leadership, proposal management and booking coordination.
• Fluent German and English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the boutique travel agency day to day with high service standards, team readiness, and seasonal planning.
• Own the sales pipeline from enquiry to booking and post-travel follow-up.
• Establish clear sales and service routines with qualification standards and pipeline reviews.
• Build referral partnerships with Andermatt hotels, concierge teams, destination partners and Orascom entities.
• Bring golf travel packages and cross-destination offers to market readiness.
• Know El Gouna hotels, experiences, seasonality and terms for team use.
• Plan client events, cultural evenings and partner activations to raise visibility.
• Manage operating budget and review numbers to improve hours, staffing and product focus.
