Job summary

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG seeks a seasoned luxury travel sales leader to run the boutique agency, maintaining high service standards and seasonal readiness.

The role covers ownership of the sales pipeline from enquiry to booking, developing partnerships with hotels, concierges and destination partners, and crafting golf and cross-destination packages.

Applicants should have 5+ years in luxury travel, fluent German and English, and willingness to travel on weekends to events.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in tourism, hospitality, travel management, sales or business
• 5+ years in luxury travel, hospitality or premium guest environments with leadership
• Experience leading pipelines, proposal management and booking coordination
• Confident use of CRM, booking/commission processes, budgeting, forecasting and KPIs
• Interest in partnerships with hotels, concierges and destination partners
• Knowledge of destination travel products and premium hospitality standards
• El Gouna knowledge preferred; willingness to learn
• Fluent German and English; Arabic a plus
• Weekend, events and travel flexibility

Responsibilities

• You run the boutique travel agency day to day with high service standards, strong team deployment and seasonal readiness.
• You own the travel sales pipeline from enquiry through consultation and proposal to booking and post-travel relationship development.
• You establish clear sales and service routines with qualification standards, follow-up expectations and regular pipeline reviews.
• You build referral partnerships with Andermatt hotels, concierge teams, destination partners and Orascom entities.
• You bring golf travel packages and other cross-destination offers to market readiness.
• You know the hotels, experiences, seasonality and terms in El Gouna and make this knowledge usable for your team.
• You plan client events, cultural evenings and partner activations that raise brand visibility and generate new enquiries.
• You manage the operating budget and review the numbers regularly to improve opening hours, staffing and product focus with evidence.
• Where needed, you also support other areas of Andermatt Experiences.
