Fusalp Verbier boutique is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead by example on the sales floor, delivering premium client experiences and driving boutique performance across Switzerland.

You will support the Store Manager, coach and develop the team, manage stock and daily operations, and ensure visual standards while traveling between Swiss boutiques as required to reinforce continuity.

Qualifikationen

• Must have premium or luxury retail experience with client-facing responsibilities.
• Experience supervising or supporting a retail team.
• Strong clienteling, sales targets and KPI knowledge.
• Ability to own decisions and support daily boutique leadership.
• Hands-on mindset for selling and operations across the store.

Aufgaben

• Lead by example on the sales floor and deliver personalised client experiences.
• Drive sales, clienteling and boutique KPIs, turning data into actions.
• Support Store Manager with daily activity, priorities and standards.
• Coach and supervise the team with regular feedback and product knowledge.
• Take ownership during shifts, including opening/closing and day-to-day decisions.
• Maintain Fusalp visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Handle stock, deliveries, replenishment, inventories and daily operations.
• Provide operational support across Swiss boutiques as needed.
