Job summary

Luxury Experts in Zurich region leads recruitment for premium retail, overseeing a network of stores across Zurich and German-speaking Switzerland. The successful Retail Manager will supervise Store Managers, drive performance, and ensure high retail standards while developing teams and coordinating store operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic execution, and strong language skills in German and English. Travel within the region is expected.

• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development.

• Support product launches, commercial initiatives and in-store activations.
• Oversee inventory, stock management and administrative procedures across the network.

Luxury Experts is supporting an international groupoperating within the premium retail sector, in the recruitment of an experiencedand commercially driven RetailManager .

Based in the Zurich-Kloten area, the successful candidate willoversee and further develop a network of retail locations across Zurich and a part of the German-speaking Switzerland.

This hands-on leadership role combines commercialperformance, people development and operational excellence. Working closelywith Store Managers and their teams, you will ensure sustainable businessresults and consistently high retail standards across the network.

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

• Solidexperience in premium or luxury retail, ideally with store or multi-sitemanagement responsibilities.

• Strongcommercial acumen and confidence working with sales targets, KPIs andperformance action plans.
• Ahands-on leadership style, combined with strong organisational andoperational capabilities.
• Theability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.
• Aproactive, solution-oriented and resilient mindset.
• Flexibilityand willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
• Fluencyin German and English, at a minimum C1 level. French and/or Italian wouldbe an asset.

Previous multi-store management experience would be astrong advantage. Experience within jewellery, watches or travel retail wouldalso be highly valued.
