Job summary

Globus Zurich in Switzerland is seeking a Fragrance Expert to represent Floraïku Paris and Memo Paris, delivering a highly personalized luxury shopping experience at the counter. You will embody the brands’ aesthetics while engaging clients with expert fragrance guidance.

You will develop the boutique’s CRM to nurture VIP clients, organize exclusive events, monitor KPIs, and ensure inventory and displays meet global visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and a true team player with excellent personal presentation.
• Fluent in German and English; experience in luxury retail, perfumery or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Floraïku Paris and Memo Paris at Globus Zurich with brand integrity.
• Create a personalized sales experience while respecting Retail Excellence standards.
• Develop the boutique's CRM to engage with clients and drive sales; build VIP relationships.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
• Organize events and activations to drive visibility, engagement and sales.
• Welcome and host influencers in-store, delivering an exceptional brand experience.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory management and stock checks.
• Ensure counters/displays comply with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Consistently embody the brands' essence in client and partner interactions.
