Luxury Experts in Switzerland is seeking a multilingual Luxury Sales Advisor for a boutique in Zurich. You will be an ambassador of the brand, delivering exceptional client experiences and guiding customers through their journey with expert product knowledge.

You will exceed sales targets, manage CRM data, uphold merchandising standards, handle cash and stock, and collaborate with the team to provide outstanding service in a high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of proven experience in luxury retail (Watches & Jewellery or Fashion & Accessories)
• Fluency in German is required; proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is highly desirable
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of exceeding targets
• Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills
• Proactive, results-driven, and committed to excellence
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the boutique’s commercial success.
• Delivering outstanding customer service, including proactive claim management and after-sales support.
• Accurately capturing and maintaining client data in the CRM system to enhance personalization and loyalty.
• Upholding boutique visual merchandising standards and supporting impactful product presentations.
• Ensuring compliance with cash handling, security, and loss prevention procedures.
• Conducting inventory checks and supporting accurate stock management.
• Developing expertise in a designated product category to serve as a trusted advisor for clients and colleagues.
• Supporting reporting activities to enable performance tracking and business insights.
• Maintaining the highest standards of boutique cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
