Zusammenfassung

Mandarin Oriental Palace Luzern seeks a Cluster Reservation Agent to manage bookings for Luzern and Zürich properties. You will handle group and individual reservations, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate data entry in reservation systems while delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include processing VIP bookings, preparing offers, and collaborating with Front Office and Sales & Marketing teams across both hotels.

Qualifikationen

• Must have completed hospitality apprenticeship and reservations experience.
• Proficient with HMS, Infor, and Banqueting Delphi on hotel systems.
• Excellent phone manner and guest-facing confidence.
• Strong sales mindset with negotiation skills.
• Excellent organization and professional appearance.
• Proficient in English and German, other languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Handle all reservation requests and group inquiries using hotel software.
• Answer incoming calls from guests and internal/external parties.
• Process VIP and regular bookings, noting special wishes and deadlines.
• Prepare offers for groups and individuals within expiration/cancellation terms.
• Review and file reservation correspondence.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Sales & Marketing across both properties.
