SLS Barcelona is seeking an experienced Reservations Agent to join the opening team. Under the Reservations Supervisor, you will assist guests with reservations, advise on the best options, and support revenue management strategies.

You will ensure accuracy across channels, handle changes and cancellations, and contribute to upselling efforts while coordinating with Sales, Front Desk, and Credit. This role requires hospitality excellence and a fast-paced mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• 2 years experience in Revenue/Reservations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to SLS’s culture.

Aufgaben

• Assist guests with individual reservations and advise them on the best options.
• Support the Director of Revenue Management in analyzing competitive sets and price positioning.
• Support and execute market-wide strategy and promotion implementation.
• Ensure reservation accuracy across segments, channels, and routing.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and no-shows per established guidelines; upsell where appropriate.
• Communicate across departments to maintain rate parity and optimize systems.
