Zusammenfassung

SLS Barcelona, a five-star urban resort, is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join the team. Under the Director of Sales, you will coordinate events, manage BEOs, contracts, and rate agreements, and ensure outstanding service for guests.

You will maintain group blocks, negotiate rates, support onsite meetings, generate leads, and prepare proposals. The ideal candidate has Hospitality degree and 2 years in luxury events or sales, with fluent Spanish and English and strong relationship

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Sales or related field.
• 2 years of experience in luxury events or sales within hospitality.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate events and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEO), contracts, and rate agreements.
• Maintain group blocks, rooming lists and reservations in system.
• Assist clients and negotiate guest room rates, meeting room rental, and F&B prices within booking guidelines.
• Assist with on-site meetings and coordinate with other departments to fulfill services.
• Follow up with clients during and after events to ensure satisfaction and secure future bookings.
• Generate leads, prospect new clients, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate sales appointments, meetings, and site inspections.
