Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of Front Office experience in an upscale or lifestyle hotel.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; excellent verbal and written communication.

Aufgaben

• Provide friendly, responsive service to all guests and ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Undertake a review of end-of-day takings against logged reports.
• Conduct nightly audits, reporting, and balancing for all departments and hotel functions.
• Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists.
• Manage overnight reservations and check-ins with efficient service.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure reception and public areas are clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
