Job summary

Kimpton in Switzerland seeks a Guest Experience Maker (GEM) to ensure flawless guest journeys in a luxury setting. You will review guest profiles, coordinate arrivals, and tailor experiences.

Fluency in English and French, a hospitality background, and Swiss work authorization are required. You will upsell spa, LIFE and dining options while upholding Six Senses standards and LQA guidelines. This role offers a dynamic environment in a resort, with a focus on exceptional service and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar hotel operational setting.
• Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Fluent in English and French.
• EU passport or Swiss work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Check guest profiles and history prior to arrival.
• Notify departments and share guest history and preferences.
• Coordinate transfers and assist guests with arrivals and departures.
• Prepare arrival amenities: welcome letter, champagne, shoe bag, towels, drinks.
• Offer welcome drink and cold towel on arrival.
• Escort guests throughout the resort.
• Upsell resort, spa, LIFE and restaurant facilities.
• Maintain department equipment and uphold Six Senses standards.
• Adhere to LQA standards and address guest feedback.
