Job summary

Six Senses Crans Montana is seeking a Concierge & Experience Host to deliver personalized, anticipatory service and guide guests through the Six Senses experience.

You will manage pre-arrival arrangements, local recommendations, and reservations while coordinating with departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Fluency in French and English, hospitality experience, and Swiss work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year in a hotel operations role.
• Hospitality diploma/degree preferred.
• Familiar with POS, PMS and CRM platforms.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Acts as main contact for guest requests with prompt, personalized service.
• Manages pre-arrival arrangements including transport, restaurant bookings, spa reservations, and special requests.
• Provides expert recommendations on local attractions, dining options, and activities.
• Handles bookings for excursions, tours, events and external experiences.
• Coordinates transportation services such as airport transfers, private drivers, and car rentals.
• Maintains CRM with guest preferences for repeat guest experiences.
• Upsells resort services including spa, dining and experiences.
• Ensures seamless communication between departments to deliver a cohesive guest journey.
