Six Senses Crans Montana is seeking a Guest Experience Maker (GEM) to deliver personalized hospitality and uphold sustainability, wellness, and emotional hospitality. The GEM will safeguard pillars and participate in brand initiatives, ensuring knowledge of all Six Senses programs.

Responsibilities include coordinating arrivals, sharing guest history, arranging transfers, and upselling resort facilities while maintaining service excellence and safety standards across the resort.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar hotel operational setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiar with POS, PMS and CRM platforms and guest-related functions and guest service.
• Fluent in English & French.
• EU passport or valid Swiss work authorization required.

Responsabilidades

• Check guest profiles and guest history prior to arrival and be familiar with all information.
• Notify concerned departments for guest arrival and ensure they have the guest history and preferences information.
• Coordinate with departments for transfer requests and assist guests with transfers to and from the hotel.
• Prepare arrival amenities such as welcome letter, champagne, shoe bag, cold towels and welcome drinks.
• Upsell all resort, spa, LIFE and restaurant facilities.
• Strictly adhere to Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation; monitor performance and guest comments.
