EFG International AG in Zürich seeks a professional receptionist to deliver a premium client experience in line with five-star hospitality standards. You will provide professional reception and switchboard services, while handling a range of administrative tasks.

You will greet visitors, direct them, manage meeting rooms, and support events, ensuring confidentiality and smooth operations in a demanding financial services environment.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed commercial education.
• Proven experience in hospitality/hôtellerie.
• Service-oriented, flexible, reliable, and a strong team player.
• Proven experience in intervention management.
• Around 5-7 years of working experience as Receptionist and/or Administrative Assistant.
• Fluent in German and English; French/Italian valued.
• Excellent time management; multitask and prioritize requests.
• Accurate and detail oriented.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and IT tools.
• Communicative, trustworthy presence, politeness.
• Able to work in a challenging, pressure and dynamic environment.

Aufgaben

• Follow the Hospitality service protocol (SOP).
• Greet, welcome and direct visitors; provide premium hospitality.
• Escort and seat clients in lounges; offer drinks.
• Set up and restore lounges/conference rooms and service.
• Maintain security; issue visitor badges; report suspicious activity.
• Organise and book meeting rooms.
• Support internal events and management meetings (breakfasts/lunches).
• Handle sensitive information confidentially and comply with regulations.
