Aufgaben

• Welcome clients, visitors, employees, and external providers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage switchboard and route calls to correct contacts.
• Support access control, visitor registration, and parking coordination.
• Handle mail and parcels, including international shipments and customs matters.
• Improve reception processes and service standards.
• Assist with internal events and day-to-day office operations, including occasional after-hours support.
• Perform light housekeeping and stock management in the reception area.
