Zusammenfassung

Christian Dior Couture in Geneva is seeking Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer care and exclusive service aligned with our standards. You will represent the Maison, welcome clients, and foster long-lasting relationships within a luxury environment.

Roles focus on achieving sales goals, developing an elite client book, and conveying the heritage and craftsmanship of our products. Fluency in French and English is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the Maison.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and agile mindset.
• Ability to develop lasting relationships with people through strong communication.
• Provide outstanding customer service including in person, over the phone and through electronic communication.

Aufgaben

• Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and KPI.
• Maintain a welcoming client-focused environment with best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and online.
• Develop local and international client book and recruit/develop top clients.
• Demonstrate product expertise and share detailed stories of our products with clients.
• Resolve client issues in partnership with management to benefit both client and business.
